"Bill and Gina were exceptional throughout our entire home-buying and condo-selling process, and we can't recommend them highly enough. From our first conversation, we felt like we were in solid and capable hands.Their communication and personal touch are what really set them apart. Working with them felt less like dealing with agents and more like having a trusting aunt and uncle who happen to know a ton about real estate and genuinely have your interests at heart. They texted back almost immediately no matter what we threw at them, and after every visit they'd sit down with us for a debrief and talk through scenarios to our heart's content. They explained the parts of the process that were new to us and helped map out strategies for both our buying and selling. It made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable.Having the two of them as a team is a real bonus. They bring different skillsets to the table, and there was always one of them available when we needed something. We dealt with several challenging counterparts along the way, and Bill and Gina handled tough situations with grace and kept us on track throughout. When it came time to navigate to closing, they were sharp, organized, and clearly looking out for us.We love our new home, and are so happy to have sold our condo so quickly after closing on the new house — a big part of that is thanks to Bill and Gina’s efforts in getting a great photographer to take new pictures that really showcased the space, as well as savvy marketing before it went on the market.
